Prohibited & Restricted Items

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, all shipments must comply with the prohibited and restricted items policies of the relevant carrier. Each carrier publishes its own list of items that cannot be accepted for carriage, including but not limited to dangerous goods (such as flammable, explosive, or hazardous substances), items prohibited by law, and goods not recommended for shipping (for example, jewellery, cash, or valuable documents). 

Please note the following: 

  • Shipments containing prohibited or restricted items may be refused, delayed, or returned by the carrier. 
  • No claims for loss, damage, or delay will be accepted in relation to these items. 
  • Restrictions differ between carriers; it is the customer’s responsibility to review the applicable list before booking.
